Key responsibilities include delivering professionally edited photos, capturing Zillow 3D tours and floor plans, performing property walkthroughs and condition reports, managing smart lockboxes, and responding promptly to assignments with a 24-hour turnaround.
Compensation includes $225–$325+ per listing appointment, $50/hour for additional tasks, and compensation for lockbox pick-up and travel exceeding 35 miles each way.
