The Dietary Director ensures meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
This role manages dietary staff, maintains budget compliance, and coordinates with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The director conducts nutritional assessments, oversees food quality and safety, and participates in quality assurance and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Key Requirements
