• Serve as an active member and participant on the Country TA Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team to ensure alignment and optimization of strategy and execution.
• Hold responsibility for establishing a standardized operating model and capturing best practices across TAs to ensure Field Medical execution excellence.
• The salary range for this role is $210,400.00 - $331,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
