  • Provides direct individualized patient care and treatment with responsibility for assessing, examining, diagnosing and analyzing the patient's current health condition and developing short and long-term goals and treatment plans.
  • This role requires regular and sustained attendance and may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts, with on-call work potentially required.
