The role involves conducting laboratory trials, working closely with commercial teams, and collaborating with suppliers to create innovative blends.

Job Summary
Provide and develop technical solutions to customers across savoury and dairy segments while working closely and providing advices or sharing experiences with other technical team members in Asia Pacific.
Conduct hands-on laboratory trials in order to evaluate the functionality and performance of numerous ingredients and solutions across multiple food categories especially savoury and dairy segment.
Work closely with commercial (sales) team to ensure rapid response to customers’ needs in order to obtain new business or maintain existing business.
