The position requires partnering cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, and other departments to align systems, processes, and performance expectations.

Salary
Base: $92,900.00–$139,325.00; Bonus/Equity: Variable annual bonus eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)

Managing TSA performance and service levels
Defining and tracking integration KPIs

Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS migrations
Process mapping expertise for current to future state
Executive presence for senior leadership updates
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in business integration or M&A
Formal project management certification preferred
Proven ability to influence matrixed organizations without direct authority
