• The Nurse Director of Radiation Oncology provides comprehensive leadership and oversight for all nursing services across Brigham and Women’s Department of Radiation Oncology, spanning the Academic Medical Center (BWH Boston) and three community-based practice locations.
• This role is responsible for the strategic, clinical, and operational direction of radiation oncology nursing practice, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care across the system.
• The Director plays a key role in advancing quality and safety initiatives, patient experience, nursing professional development, and system-wide integration efforts, with a focus on standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement.
