This individual will support the Department of Internal Medicine Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, reporting onsite at West Hospital in downtown Richmond.
Key responsibilities include assisting with budget planning, monitoring expenditures, processing accounts receivable, resolving vendor discrepancies, maintaining personnel files, ordering supplies, and reporting hazards.
The role also involves patient registration, resolving disputes, answering phones, verifying insurance, managing staff attendance, and coordinating day-to-day administrative activities to support fiscal and time management objectives.
