Must-have

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year applicable work experience
• Knowledge of practice operations and standards
• Ability to use phone system effectively
• Understanding of filing copying scanning printing faxing
• Basic understanding of medical terminology
• Compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission
