Job Summary

  • The Director, Commercial Acquisitions is responsible for quarterbacking land acquisition opportunities across partner teams—coordinating cross-functional inputs and preparing executive-ready, actionable materials that advance opportunities through the acquisition approval process and secure required approvals.
  • The role partners closely with Market Development, Energy, and other cross-functional stakeholders from early site evaluation through acquisition, ensuring that commercial considerations, risks, and assumptions are clearly articulated and well-aligned prior to execution.

Key Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
