  • Join Intel's Advanced Packaging Technology Development team to support critical manufacturing equipment and drive continuous improvement in a highly technical, cleanroom production environment.
  • Perform electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting, setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, focusing on wet chemistry, plating, and dry high-vacuum toolsets.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve tool performance, reduce equipment downtime, and enhance process capability and reliability.

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 3+ year Technical/trade certification
