Job Summary
The Principal Scientist, Baby care will have End to End responsibility for product development across various Baby categories including Soap, powder, oil, moisturizer and cleansing platforms, as well as support for post launch projects.
Responsibilities will also include mentorship and development of more junior scientists.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience
Proven experience in Cosmetics product development
Demonstrated track record of launching innovative Cosmetic products
Strong knowledge of cosmetic regulations and safety standards
