Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years administrative operational support in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work onsite M-F 7am-4pm
  • Experience with inventory software systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with ERP and Amazon systems
  • Background in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with root-cause analysis for variances

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 5 years relevant administrative/operational support experience
  • At least 3 years experience working with inventory preferred
  • Must have very good organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
