Job Summary

  • Join our HR Technology team as a Senior Specialist focused on the configuration and support of Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and Talent Management solutions within a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Execute heavy configuration within the Workday application, specifically focusing on Recruiting and Talent modules, and support third-party talent acquisition systems like Phenom People and Ajinga.
  • Partner closely with HR Technology Process and Solutions leads, Global Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Operations Teams to resolve complex business problems independently and collaboratively.
