Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy
  • Registered and licensed in the state of practice
  • Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana)
  • Retail/Community Practice experience
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy system and policies
