  • Stakeholder and fund administrator management
  • Valuation governance for illiquid assets
  • Advanced fund accounting systems proficiency

Key Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant/CPA/ACCA or equivalent
  • Experience with IFRS/HGB/Lux GAAP financial statements
  • Knowledge of AIFMD and regulatory filings
  • Proven fund accounting and financial oversight experience
  • Familiarity with fund structures and capital mechanisms
