Job Summary

  • Execute the candidate care strategy as communicated by the Candidate Care Partner, supporting the Candidate Care Partner in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Proactively engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle (eg: interview scheduling, post offer support), utilizing preferred communication channels to provide timely updates, answer questions, and gather feedback.
  • You’ll be part of leading the first experiences a job seeker has with Sanofi and ensuring it is best-in-class and driving conversions.
