Job Summary

• Lead TPM execution for validation metrics development and implementation, including human benchmarking, and counterfactual modeling.
• Drive execution, risk management, and governance for critical-path projects, enterprise safety initiatives, and incident response.
• Responsibilities also include facilitating standards and best-practice synthesis, external collaborations, data collection campaigns, engineering and computational model development, metric design, and scaling models/metrics/targets via cross-functional cloud-based pipelines and interactive visualizations.

• 8+ years engineering experience
