Key Requirements
Two years' experience in hospital access, physician office, or billing and collections
Thorough understanding of insurance requirements, coverage, benefits, discounts and reimbursements
Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate estimated patient portions due
Thorough understanding of government programs for patient assistance
Knowledge of and experience with medical terminology
General clerical experience with basic computer skills
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent work experience
