Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating PM best practices, representing the company in external PM societies, and overseeing implementation of identified best practices.
The role involves developing talent within GPAM, ensuring smooth department operations, and managing project managers and those who manage PMs.

Salary

Key Requirements
Eight (8) years of experience in PM or related role
Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related discipline
Demonstrated experience as a people manager
