Job Summary

  • Provide exemplary Service and ensure Culinary Standards of Service are met including resolving guest concerns, investigating and providing recommendations to correct reoccurring guest issues.
  • Manage daily operations of assigned location throughout the day including assuring all areas open on time, proper food levels are kept throughout the day, maintaining guest area cleanliness, ensuring all stations are properly staffed throughout the day.
