The Spiritual Counselor provides emotional and spiritual support to patients, families, and caregivers while supporting the mission and philosophy of Riverside Hospice Agencies.
They develop individualized spiritual care plans, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, and conduct religious services tailored to patient and family needs.
The role includes supervising other Hospice Spiritual Counselors, participating in call rotations and weekend shifts, and collaborating closely with local clergy and healthcare professionals.
