This is a rare opportunity to step into a key technical leadership role within KBR’s Perth Design team and influence how major road infrastructure is designed and delivered across Western Australia.
As the Principal Roads Designer, you will be the technical authority for road design using Bentley OpenRoads and BIM‑enabled digital engineering in Perth.
You will mentor designers, strengthen digital engineering capability within the Perth team and collaborate with national counterparts to align standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum 15 years' experience
Leading model and drawing package delivery for MRWA projects
Advanced proficiency in Bentley OpenRoads Designer
Extensive experience within Austroads, MRWA Supplements and Australian Standards
