This role operates at the intersection of supply chain, finance, legal, engineering, and operations, driving commercial excellence and ensuring contractual compliance across the global CM footprint.
Key responsibilities include leading contract negotiations, conducting formal business reviews, managing escalations, and partnering with internal teams to align CM execution with business needs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related
8+ years of progressive experience in contract manufacturing, supply chain, operations, procurement, or supplier management
Proven experience leading commercial negotiations with outsourced manufacturers
Strong grasp of manufacturing economics and BOM structures
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments
Experience working with global suppliers, including those in Asia
