Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing in directing nursing activities, participating in policy development, ensuring staff compliance with procedures, and participating in quality assurance programs.
The role requires ensuring sufficient licensed nursing and certified nursing assistant staff are available for the shift to provide quality care and meet resident needs.
