  • Plan and define the Continuous Improvement strategy, establishing objectives and initiatives to achieve the expected results of the Albemarle One model maturity level.
  • Lead the Albemarle La Negra continuous improvement team, establishing work guidelines, providing feedback, developing and motivating the team, and facilitating the achievement of established work plans.
