Base: $52,000 - $58,000; Bonus/Equity: quarterly performance-based bonuses, merit increases, company bonuses, up to $15,000 licensing bonus, $10,000 at 3-year anniversary, $20,000 at 5-year anniversary, $20,000 every 5 years thereafter; Benefits: Not specified
