Job Summary

  • As the Senior Manager, Process/Policy and Automation for CGS, you will serve as a member of the Corporate Giving Services Leadership Team within the Global Business Services (GBS) Compliance, Legal, Services (CLS) business unit.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for leading the process documentation and adherence to policy requirements of the service line as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of GBS initiatives.
  • The role should ensure ongoing evolution of the processes by defining strategies based on current process performance and changes in internal and external landscape.
