Key Requirements
Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree required
Current New York State Pharmacist License
Five years of hospital experience including workflow design
Advanced degree (M.S., MHA, PharmD) preferred
ASHP Pharmacy Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Certificate preferred
