Job Summary
Serve as the primary owner of the Workday ecosystem with accountability for strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financial Management, and Reporting/Analytics, while managing system integrations.
Lead a team of analysts and administrators, partner closely with Finance, HR, and Operations leadership, and ensure platform uptime and data integrity.
