Job Summary

  • The People Analytics team collaborates across People & Talent and the WGU organization to uncover data-driven insights, understand the talent lifecycle, solve business challenges, and enable transformational change.
  • This role will help build data literacy throughout the organization through communication and training on analytics tools.
