Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil engineering activities for industrial waste-to-energy projects, including foundations, structural works, plant facilities, roads, drainage, and supporting infrastructure.
Enforce strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards specific to waste handling and energy facility operations.
Work closely with the Project Manager to proactively identify risks and implement corrective/preventive measures to optimize site operations.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in site management
Experience in waste-to-energy, biomass, or industrial waste facilities highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Control and Instrument, or Mechanical Engineering
Good in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
