  • This role serves as the voice of the customer during production meetings and partners with Sales to grow Factory Direct and Enterprise accounts.
  • The manager is responsible for developing unconstrained unit forecasts for the S&OP process and ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and ISO certifications.
