Job Summary
The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems serving University Housing–managed properties.
This position requires the ability to understand, maintain, and troubleshoot multiple HVAC systems and controls while ensuring work is completed in a high-quality, professional manner.
