Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years cyber threat intelligence experience
Lead CTI team and program strategy
Expert knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework
Experience with HIPAA HITECH HITRUST compliance
Manage Threat Intelligence Platform architecture
Nice-to-have
Proficiency in Python or PowerShell scripting
Experience building CTI programs from foundational state
Familiarity with Nordic maxims and mission
Knowledge of GDPR for international operations
Ability to translate complex data for executives
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
12 years related experience with Bachelor's or 8 with Master's
GCTI certification preferred
CISM CISSP or equivalent advanced security certifications preferred
