Job Summary

  • Lead the execution-level product ownership of Agentic AI solutions across Proof of Concept, MVP, and Production, ensuring delivery of defined outcomes in regulated environments.
  • Line-manage and develop Product Owners and/or Business Analysts, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, performance management, and building consistent product execution capabilities.
  • Partner with AI Product Managers to support MVP scope decisions, ensuring feasibility, readiness, and alignment with value hypotheses and success KPIs.
