100% commission-based compensation; Bonus: eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance; Benefits: employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision, employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability, 401k plan with employer match, 10 days sick leave, 12 weeks paid parental leave for birth parents, 4 weeks for non-birth parents
