Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) is a secured, therapeutic inpatient setting that provides short-term, intensive psychiatric care to patients experiencing acute mental health crises.
Under the direct supervision of a behavioral health (BH) registered nurse (RN), the licensed practical nurse (LPN), within scope of the LPN practice and regulatory standards, assists the RN in providing and coordinating holistic care of the patient.
