  • Provide technical guidance and manage a team of Electrical Engineers, driving technical execution and professional growth within the Tactical Recon & Strike Electrical Engineering team.
  • Coordinate with fabrication and manufacturing partners, managing Bill of Materials (BOM), assembly processes, and supplier engagement to ensure high-quality production and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience with embedded systems on UAVs
  • Proven leadership or management experience
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of analog and digital electronics
  • Familiarity with standard interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB)
  • Familiarity with MCU, CPU, FPGA devices
  • Competence with test equipment
  • Eligible to obtain U.S. Secret security clearance
