Job Summary

  • The Consultant, Digital Intake & Publishing, Business Effectiveness is accountable for ensuring access requirements, records management and content publishing processes and activities adhere to auditable standards of CIBC.
  • You will analyze reports and dashboards that capture all the Intakes across all delivery pods, and provide guidance on process adherence as well as make recommendations for process improvements.
  • You will work closely and collaboratively with Digital Governance and Controls, Digital Intake and Publishing teams, Governance, Marketing teams, and Lines of Business Partners to maintain high standards to content management across our digital properties.
