Job Summary

  • The Director is accountable for ensuring that Cardiovascular Services achieves and sustains excellence in patient safety, patient experience, quality, access, and stewardship.
  • In collaboration with system Cardiovascular leadership, the Director is responsible for all aspects of Cardiovascular Services including strategic planning, program growth and development, operational effectiveness and alignment, financial performance, continuous improvement activities, and supplier contract management for their assigned service line or area of focus.
