Job Summary
Lead a team of inspectors performing Nondestructive Testing methods on materials and spaceflight systems, impacting the integrity, quality, and lifespan of parts.
Supervise personnel by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, coaching, planning work schedules, and monitoring labor hours.
Maintain and acquire certifications, perform inspections as required, and work with engineers to review design concepts and provide feedback.
