Job Summary
The Advanced Practice Patient Safety and Quality role conducts patient safety event reviews and supports quality action planning for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
This role supports ongoing professional practice evaluation and participates as a member of hospital and health system committees related to clinical quality and patient safety.
The role is responsible for supporting the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) process for APPs, including the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical performance data.

Key Requirements
Licensed APRN in Ohio with national certification OR Physician Assistant-Certified with Ohio license
