Key Requirements

  • 2 years manufacturing experience
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Working knowledge of root-cause tools
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
  • Experience with PLCs, HMI, electrical troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with quality systems
  • Experience supporting automated lines
  • Strong project management skills
  • US work permit
