Key Requirements
2 years manufacturing experience
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Clear verbal and written communication
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Working knowledge of root-cause tools
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
Experience with PLCs, HMI, electrical troubleshooting
Familiarity with quality systems
Experience supporting automated lines
Strong project management skills
