The EHS Specialist will provide specialized consultative services for environmental, health, safety and industrial hygiene issues to the line organizations at the GSK Hamilton Site.
This role involves developing site EHS and IH Local Standard Operating Procedures and researching local policies for compliance with GSK EHS Standards.

Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years safety professional experience
OSHA and EPA regulations knowledge
Industrial Hygiene monitoring expertise
Chemical risk assessment skills
EHS policy development capability
Nice-to-have
Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma
Experience in cGMP environment
Black Belt Lean/Six Sigma Certification
Coaching or team leadership experience
Change management experience
Strong relationship building skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years experience as safety professional
Experience in OSHA and/or EPA regulations
Post-graduate qualification in Engineering (preferred)
