Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Registered Nurse license in good standing
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
7 years nurse management experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Proficiency in Point Click Care (PCC)
Ability to conduct employee appraisals
Experience with state surveys and MDS
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication with physicians and families
Ability to resolve disciplinary actions effectively
Willingness to serve as witness in litigation
Commitment to resident safety and respect
Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
BSN degree preferred
Minimum 7 years nurse management experience preferred
