The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected abuse to supervisors.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while assisting residents with personal care, mobility, eating habits, and preparing them for medical tests.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to assist with lifting and transporting residents
