Key Requirements

  • MBA or related business degree strongly preferred
  • 10-15 years directing global cloud infrastructure teams
  • 5 years supervising other managers
  • Strong background in infrastructure engineering fundamentals
  • Experience with Agile development (Scrum)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams
  • Experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM)
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts
  • Experience with JIRA (or similar project management tools)
