Job Summary

  • Manage and lead teams responsible for the Workday Kubernetes based platform, ensuring health, high availability, and customer satisfaction through automation, CI/CD, reporting, incident handling, and observability.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments using tools like Terraform and Argo CD, while implementing and maintaining security standards for the platform.
  • Coach and mentor team members, promote Workday values, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in platform engineering.

Key Requirements
