We’re seeking a mission-driven, technology-forward Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Santa Fe, New Mexico on a hybrid basis (2 days in clinic, 3 days telehealth).

Must-have
Conducting behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process
Developing and implementing an ABA Treatment Plan
Consulting with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Including the client/family in setting treatment goals
Recording and tracking daily progress for client/family accurately
Leveraging digital phenotyping and intelligent assessment tools

Key Requirements
BCBA certification
Master's Degree in Psychology or related field
Two or more years of experience with pediatric population
